IMPORTANT: BETFOLLOW IS A SPORTS PREDICTION GAME, NOT A GAMBLING SERVICE. NO REAL MONEY IS WAGERED, WON, OR LOST. PREDICTIONS ARE TRACKED USING AN INTERNAL SCORING MECHANISM WITH NO MONETARY VALUE. BETFOLLOW DOES NOT FACILITATE, ENCOURAGE, OR PROMOTE REAL-MONEY GAMBLING.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BetFollow mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BetFollow ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). Your continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Legal Entity and Contact: BetFollow is operated by Oancea Lucian, an individual sole trader established in Romania ("Operator"). References in these Terms to "BetFollow," "we," "us," "our," or "Company" refer to the Operator. For any legal, contractual, or regulatory correspondence, contact support@betfollow.app. Physical correspondence address is available upon legitimate written request from regulatory authorities, law-enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction.

Electronic Communications: You consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications from us electronically — via the App, email, or push notification — and you agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communication be provided in writing. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

Our Privacy Policy is available at https://betfollow.app/privacy and within the App under Settings. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

BetFollow uses an internal scoring mechanism to track prediction outcomes and performance within the App. This scoring system is a technical tool that makes the prediction game work — it is not a currency. The scoring system:

You acknowledge and agree that the scoring system has no value and that you have no claim to any monetary compensation based on your score, session performance, or leaderboard ranking. Any reference to "winning," "losing," "profit," "stake," "balance," or similar terminology within the App refers exclusively to outcomes within the prediction game and does not imply any real-money transaction.

4. Eligibility & Compliance with Local Laws

BetFollow is a sports prediction game with no real-money wagering. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and use the App. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence, whichever is higher) to use BetFollow. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

The App is available worldwide. By using the App, you represent and warrant that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the use of this App — including viewing sports data, score multipliers, and entertainment-related sports prediction content — is permissible under the laws of your country, state, or region. BetFollow makes no representation that the App or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

If any feature or content within the App is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must refrain from accessing that feature or content. BetFollow is not liable for your failure to comply with local laws.

Sanctions and Export Controls: You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in, organized under the laws of, a national of, or a resident of any country or territory that is subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or trade embargoes imposed by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, or United States (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and Crimea); (b) you are not identified on any sanctioned-persons, denied-persons, or restricted-party list maintained by any of the foregoing authorities; and (c) you will not use the App in violation of any applicable export-control or sanctions laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates this provision.

To use BetFollow, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or, on supported Apple devices, Sign in with Apple. You agree to:

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED THEREIN — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MATCH STATISTICS, ODDS INFORMATION, AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS, PREDICTIONS, NEWS SUMMARIES, AND LEADERBOARD DATA — ARE PROVIDED SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, betting advice, gambling advice, or any other form of professional advice. You acknowledge and agree that:

IF YOU CHOOSE TO ENGAGE IN REAL-MONEY GAMBLING WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY BOOKMAKER, BETTING PLATFORM, OR GAMBLING SERVICE — WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, IN ANY COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION — YOU DO SO ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, COST, AND RESPONSIBILITY. BetFollow has absolutely no affiliation, partnership, or connection with any bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial institution. Any real-money wagers you place are between you and the third-party operator. BetFollow bears zero liability for any financial losses, addiction, legal consequences, or other harm arising from your real-money gambling activity, regardless of whether you were inspired by, influenced by, or used information obtained through the App.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online or offline gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. BetFollow makes no representation that real-money gambling is legal in your location.

7. Third-Party Data and Services

The App displays sports data, statistics, fixtures, scores, and odds sourced from third-party data providers. We do not independently verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any third-party data. Third-party data may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Firebase (authentication, push notifications), Google Cloud services, and sports data APIs. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the App use artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to generate content, including match analysis, predictions, news summaries, and content moderation. You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for any content you create on BetFollow, including your nickname and any other user-visible information. You agree not to use nicknames or content that:

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reject any content — including nicknames — that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

By creating or submitting content on the App (including nicknames, predictions, comments, and any other material), you grant BetFollow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting or moderation purposes), display, and distribute such content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the App and our services. This license survives termination or deletion of your account solely to the extent required for us to comply with applicable law, retain backups made in the ordinary course, or complete lawful uses of your content that were already underway before termination. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights necessary to grant this license, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

10. Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter content or user behavior that you believe violates these Terms, you may report it through the App or by contacting us at support@betfollow.app. We will review reports and take appropriate action at our sole discretion, which may include warnings, content removal, nickname resets, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

BetFollow and all of its original content, features, functionality, software, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by BetFollow or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by BetFollow and its licensors.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not warrant that any information obtained through the App will be accurate or reliable, or that defects in the App will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BETFOLLOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN EUROS (€10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LIABILITY. IF YOU RESIDE IN SUCH A JURISDICTION, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetFollow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any and all decisions made based on content, data, statistics, odds, predictions, analysis, AI-generated content, or any other information provided through or derived from the App. This includes, without limitation:

BetFollow is an entertainment application. It is not designed, intended, or suitable for informing real-money gambling or financial decisions. BetFollow expressly disclaims all responsibility for any losses, damages, legal consequences, health effects, or other negative outcomes resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the App, in any jurisdiction worldwide.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@betfollow.app. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, except where mandatory local law requires disputes to be resolved in your country of residence.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BetFollow, to the extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these Terms overrides those protections. If you are a resident of the United States, your rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection statutes are not affected by these Terms. Regardless of where you reside, any mandatory local consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract shall apply to the extent required.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or extended inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 3 (Internal Scoring System), 6 (No Financial Advice), 13 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 16 (Assumption of Risk), 17 (Dispute Resolution), and 18 (Governing Law).

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at support@betfollow.app. Upon account deletion:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetFollow regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

23. Waiver

The failure of BetFollow to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall only be effective if in writing and signed by BetFollow.

24. Force Majeure

BetFollow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.

25. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and BetFollow. Nothing in these Terms confers any rights or benefits on any third party, except that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries, to the extent expressly provided in Section 27 (App Store Terms), are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and shall have the right (and shall be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

26. Copyright Infringement Notices (DMCA)

BetFollow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable laws, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements below. If you believe that any content made available through the App infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our designated copyright agent at copyright@betfollow.app.

Your notice of claimed infringement must include all of the following:

Counter-Notification: If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to copyright@betfollow.app. Your counter-notification must include: (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled; (iii) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (iv) your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts described in Section 17 (Dispute Resolution) or, if you reside outside the United States, a federal district court in any jurisdiction in which BetFollow may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or their agent.

Repeat Infringers: It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Misrepresentations: You acknowledge that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
